    scheduled a service on monday and have had two of their "providers" pick up the job and sit on it for 2 days just to cancel. Have had this issue multiple times going through lawnguru but one of their "providers" will pick up the job hold onto and its the same people so i know they have no kind of repercussions for when they do this to people. it is now saturday im on my third "provider" and i guarantee you they will be doing the same exact thing.

    The business sent a worker to cut my grass, after two attempts, the worker left my lawn looking worse than before. As well not even touching 1/4 of my yard. They refused to give me my money back after two failed services.

    Wow! I just got off the phone with a representative which I think I the founders girlfriend she was lying the whole time! I called to set my account up as a provider and she tells me that no one is available to approve applications on the weekend,okay no problem. But me and my husband sent all of our information in Friday morning and everything was going well until the representative that was texting me got mad at me because I was setting up the account for our family business. I used my husband name and put bank account that we share, the representative texting me starts to over question me like as if we were doing something wrong. Long story short we completed everything for 2pm Friday one representative said that the application/account was processed and setup. Then I go to the app today and its not set up I call the representative tells me because me and the text representative had words my application was denied. Huh????? How unprofessional is it to deny help when you need help. That brought me here because this Lawn Guru app is a JOKE! They took ALL of me and my husband personally information full social security number front/back of our license and for what to deny application, because a difference of opinion?!?!? They are fraud and this should be looked into before they start selling people information!

    I ordered paid for lawn thru Lawn Guru a subsidiary of Guru Ventures. My Account was charged; however, the contractor cut my neighbor lawn. I contacted the company text and later heard back from the contractor and was told they would remedy on Saturday,June 2, 2023. No one ever showed up. There is no way to speak with anyone directly to remedy or get a refund for services that was never provided. I sent photos of my home showing the address as clear as day, along with photos showing my lawn was never serviced. I am hoping this can help me get a refund or the service I paid for.

    Lawn Guru (the Company) connected me to a tree service provider (*************************) on July 15, 2022. **** kept delaying the job and then told me the job was completed when it wasnt. He repeatedly told me the job was completed until I physically went on site and saw that nothing on the property was done. I confronted the issue to him and he admitted to underbidding the job without visiting the property and realized the job was too big to handle. I trusted both the Company and **** because the Company, claiming as a reputable source, told me **** had to pass the proper credentials in order to contract with them. This is false because the Company is contracting with providers (****) who don't have the proper equipment or active insurance, even though the Company attested **** had them. I subsequently called ****** insurance company who confirmed the provider did not have the valid insurance at the time the job was accepted. Lawn Guru will not answer to my questions as to why **** was hired in the first place, how he was able to bid on a job without the correct credentials, and why did it take a situation like this to inform their own provider (****) did not meet the requirement. All Lawn Guru responded was that they had removed **** from their platform after I raised the issue to them. Their gap in control has caused this job to be delayed by several weeks, additional time, effort, and money was spent in trying to get the job done. I want this on the record is that the Company misinforms their customers to hire their providers who does not have the proper credentials and an explanation to my unanswered questions above.
