    While I did not hire this company, my neighbor across the street did. I didn't give this company permission to enter my property yet they drove their dump truck across the front of my property twice, and drove the dump truck in my yard while attempting to back up in the neighbor's driveway. They also drove the forklift in my yard while dumping in the trailer parked in the road. This is just what I saw after returning home from work. I have multiple ruts in my yard from all of this. I attempted to email this company several times. Even sent pictures and said I have videos of these offenses. I would like to be compensated by this company so I can hire someone to correctly fix the damage.

    I have thoroughly reviewed the complaint.
     
    The concerns submitted to the BBB are identical to those we received via email from the complainant. We responded promptly and professionally, asking for her phone number so we could address the issue directly. Unfortunately, she never provided any contact information.
     
    Despite the lack of communication, I sent a crew member to the property the very next morning to assess the situation and take photos—those are attached to this email. Upon inspection, no damage was found that would support the claims being made.
     
    At no point while our team was actively performing the work did the complainant make any effort to speak with us. The only interaction occurred when she walked past a crew member with her dog, which lunged and attempted to bite him.
     
    Given that no damage exists and no attempt was made to resolve this matter directly with us, we believe the review is both false and misleading. We respectfully request that it be removed.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I did attempt to resolve this issue and prefer all communication be written; hence why an email was sent to someone who owns the business instead of having a conversation with a crew member. Unfortunately damage was done and I have the video to support the work vehicles being driven up in my yard.

    We maintain our position that no damage was caused to the complainant’s property.
    We did receive an email from the complainant and responded promptly, asking for a phone number so we could speak with her directly. She declined to provide one, insisting on written communication only. As a tree care business, it is not always practical or safe to manage email correspondence while actively working—especially during tree removals. A simple phone call would have been the most effective and immediate way to resolve this, if there had truly been an issue.
    Despite this communication barrier, we still took the complaint seriously. We sent a crew member to inspect the property the very next morning. No damage—ruts or otherwise—was found, and we documented the visit with photos.
    Additionally, the entire crew—owner included—was present on-site throughout the project. At no point did the complainant approach us or mention any concerns while we were there. Had she done so, we would have addressed the matter right away.
    While the complainant claims to have video or photographic evidence, our thorough inspection and documentation show no indication of any damage. Based on the lack of visible damage and refusal to engage in reasonable, direct communication, it appears the intent of this complaint is simply to waste time and seek compensation for an issue that does not exist.
    We believe the complaint is unfounded and misrepresents the facts. We consider this matter closed.
