  Bittersweet Is a great facility! They really care for your pets like they are your own. They have different levels of play for group and individual, which is awesome that we can choose. I always get the highest package to make sure my dog comes home nice and tired when he stays here! They also introduced ********** in addition to their already great Daycare program. My puppy was getting a bit over excited/uncontrollable and would play so rough with my families dog so I decided to enroll him in **********. When I say it's a night and day difference I mean it! They work with him one on one with basic manners AND ensuring he if playing properly. His recall has improved significantly, and boy am I glad. I had 2 random dogs in my yard one morning and instead of running up to them her recalled and sat right next to me until I could get them out of the yard. My puppy goes to daycare almost daily and will continue to come because the level of care is better than any other place I have experienced. They are a little bit more pricey than your local dog ****** or rover sitter BUT the quality of care is amazing! I love that I get updates each day with the Gold package and that they are always happy to let me know how he is when I call (no matter how many times a day I call). I always find myself missing him when were away so it helps ease my mind.

  Bittersweet pet resort in Niles, chaos and mayhem. No one could give me a straight answer on schedules for my pups training. Did not get updates on training as promised in the contract. Did not receive any instruction on reinforcement for continued training at home as promised in the contract. 3 times I reached out to the manager and the trainer, but always in a meeting. I believe its an expensive stockade for dogs, with limited employees. Communication was poor. Pulled my puppy early from the 20 day training as my puppy was regressing not progressing

  I would like to share my experience with Bittersweet three rivers facility. If you have a senior dog your boarding stay may be denied at this facility. The facility has indicated they are not adequately staffed to care for elderly pets. Many facilities are not technically open 24 hours a day. However, that does not mean there isnt someone there at all hours to care for dogs overnight. Dog owners beware, Bittersweet three rivers facility does not have overnight staff. A kennel facility should be adequately staffed to provide 24/7 care.
