1 starMy 90 yo mom called Lascko for a leaky faucet in her bathtub. Eli showed up and took off the tub faucet. After only looking at that and nothing else, he told her that her entire plumbing structure needed to be replaced for $1800. When she hesitated, Eli then tried to sell her their service warranty for $10 month. After telling him that she wanted to wait and speak with her son, Eli increased the price of his service call from $99 to $300. When my mom questioned it, he told her that $99 was just to get him to show up. When she told him she questioned the up charge, Eli reduced it back to $99. After hearing about her experience, I sent another company over and they were honest about her faucet only needing a new cartridge to fix the leak. I am ashamed of Lascko’s attempt to deceive a potential customer and especially a senior citizen! One would think that a “family business” would treat their customers with honesty and respect - guess not.Review fromTerry Johnson

1 starI think they only get one star because of the shabby work completed. They installed a bathtub in my home just fine. But they did NOT put a board down on the sub-floor under the tub and now there is a 4 inch gap between my bathtub and floor and you can see into my basement from the bathroom above.

1 starOur central air quit working, *** from Lascko came out and showed us a burned out capacitor. He stated our compressor was seized, replacement would be 8-10,000 dollars. We got a second opinion from French HVAC. They replaced the capacitor for $300 *********************** call. Air is working perfect. Lascko is either inept or scam artists.No starsLascko Services
