Prices include free delivery and installation within 50 miles of nearest clearance center. Additional mileage charges will apply to orders beyond 50 miles.
Prices do NOT include painting, optional accessories, excavation and set-back advice.
Shed Liquidators is NOT responsible for any permits, zoning variances and/or homeowners association approvals that may be required.
Your installation site must meet the "site requirements" outlined on our Shed Installation tab. Installation delays after the scheduled arrival of the installer, due to any of the site requirements not being met, will be subject to a $100.00 trip charge.
Allow 14 days to process refunds for canceled orders.
Additional charges may apply if building modifications are necessary to meet the requirements of your local Building Authority or Homeowners Association.
Shed Liquidators is not responsible for shed settling due to disturbed or unstable soil conditions.
