  I met with a great salesman who showed up at the scheduled appointment time. He was easy to understand and we discussed several options of the work needing to be completed.After multiple emails with the administrative assistant, the contract...with an approved and agreed upon price...was signed and work was scheduled.Two very polite men arrived to do the work. There was some disagreement as to the price of the job. I showed one of the men the email of the contract that was signed. He stated that he did not agree with the interpretation of the contract, made numerous calls to the office, and work was halted.I also phoned the office and was told that the person I needed to speak with had left for the day....although the workman was still able to speak with that person.I was told someone would get back with me the next day. My complaint is that the price of the work to be done, I was told by one of the men who came to do the job, would be an additional $300. I consider that bait 'n switch tactics.I feel Pro Concrete Leveling showed very poor business ethics. And since the contract states a "$150 non-refundable deposit", I was not the one who halted the work, they did.I would like this resolved by the BBB, if possible.

  ****,We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify this matter.Your original estimate was prepared on August 21, 2025 in the amount of $2,665.00, which included lifting and stabilizing multiple areas, including the steps. After email communication with our office, you elected to proceed with a reduced scope of work, originally priced at $1810.00, modified to $1,500.00, specifically excluding the steps at your request. This revised price was confirmed and accepted in writing.During those communications, we explained that if the steps rest on the same slab as the pad being lifted, the steps may also shift as a result of the work. Images in the signed estimate clearly show the areas included. At the time of service, you requested that the crew lift the steps as well work that was not included in the $1,500 contract. Adding the steps would have required an additional charge, which was declined.Because the scope could not be altered on site without payment authorization, the crew halted work. The cancellation was initiated at that point, and per the signed contract, the $150 non-refundable deposit remains applied to scheduling and mobilization costs.We want to emphasize that Pro Concrete Leveling does not practice bait and switch tactics. All pricing, scope, and exclusions were clearly communicated and documented in writing prior to scheduling. Our team acted in good faith by adhering to the contracted amount and scope of work. While we regret that the project did not proceed, we must respectfully decline a refund of the deposit, as the request for cancellation occurred on the scheduled workday after the crew was dispatched.Respectfully,Pro Concrete Leveling 1429 N.   0 ? Garbage business. Sidewalk next to house is still slipping toward my house after a big fat bill and 100 emails. And they still won't even send someone to look at it

  Pro Concrete Leveling completed the project as contracted, leveling the sidewalk to meet the grade of the adjacent walkway. After completion, the customer requested additional slope adjustment to correct pitch for water runoff. This work was outside the original scope.

  
  As a courtesy, we offered to perform the added work at an additional cost, while waiving our standard $650 project minimum. Our records, including before-and-after photos, confirm that the initial work was completed as requested.

  As a first time customer for a service like this, I was a little nervous. All of the communication with this company was great from the estimate appointment all the way until the Finish. The technicians, **** and his coworker, we're very nice professional and did an excellent job. They worked very hard. Very impressive for such young men to be so efficient and excellent at what they do. There was a little bit of an issue where I had to make a decision, he gave me both of my options and I went with the best one. Overall, great experience. I would definitely use this company again. My driveway is 25 years old and really needed the work to be done. Turned out great! I highly recommend!

  Waist of time and money when hiring this company..Very very sad unfortunately ??.

  It is unfortunate as a small business to received a one star review. More so when the person to provide the review is someone the crew went above and beyond the scope of work for, without issue or additional charge.
  Our crew lead on this project did the leveling as indicated in the proposal. While on site, ****** asked the lead to move pavers and do some of his landscaping. The crew lead, is a respectful young man, doing all that was asked, without an additional charge.
  The project went well, with the exception of one area. While the estimate stated clearly, the siding was to be removed before the crew arrived, the siding was not removed. The slab in question DID lift significantly, becoming pinned under the siding on one side and another side was pinned under the basements, metal window well so we could not achieve the pitch desired.
  I called and spoke to ***** and ****** explaining the situation, showing them the after photos and the issue at hand. Asking to have the siding in question removed, as well as providing the ********* the opportunity to have the window well removed by a qualified contractor, beforehand. Asking them to contact us when these issues are resolved and we would come out and try to lift again.
  Generally there is an option provided to upload documents to. I do not see that option here. If provided in a reply, I will upload the work order for this project, including before and after images.

  I had my driveway and my front walkway leveled and caulked by Pro Concrete Leveling, I could have never imagined that concrete could be lifted and leveled, the work crew did a beautiful job leveling and ********, ************** were courteous and professional from start to finish, Office personnel were friendly and knowledgeable.I highly recommend PRO CONCRETE LEVELING to anyone that needs leveling or caulking. I saved a lot of money using this method compared to replacing concrete.

  I had my concrete driveway was leveled and caulked using polyurethane ************ by pro concrete leveling, they did an amazing job, I would recommend this company to anyone who needs leveling or caulking.From my estimator *** to the office personal to the work crew who did the work, all were professional, friendly and easy to work with.

  Proconcrete leveling was very professional. They came out drilled a few holes and my sidewalks were level. From my driveway to my sidewalk. Darrell and Isiah came out and were very professional. They did a terrific job! THANK YOU!

  Please do yourself a favor and stay clear of Pro Concrete Leveling. They do not perform the work that they claim they will do. They were supposed to level some stairs that I have and as you can clearly see from the pictures, the stairs are nowhere near level. When I spoke to their manager, I asked for them to be fixed correctly or to be given a refund. I was told I would not be given a refund and they didn't give a sh*!. Seriously, they used the words we don't give a sh*!. I have never dealt with this level of incompetence ever! Pro Concrete Leveling is a complete scam. They take your check; perform a terrible job; and then if you mention to them that you are going to put a stop payment on the check until the work is done correctly, they tell you they will put a lien on your property and it will cost you $400.00 on top of the invoiced amount. If you hire this business, be prepared to have your money stolen or go to small claims court to get it back.
