    Back on Nov. 28, 2022, JP Sanderson and I agreed to have 3 hot spots (areas where heat was escaping) in the attic repaired so that the snow would no longer melt causing ice dam water damage. His crew came on Dec. 13, 2022 and treated the attic. There was a snow fall a couple of days later and not only did the hot spots remain (although the ones in front show signs of amelioration) but a new one now appeared. I called on 4 separate occasions, one of which was in response to his returned call. I called on 12/20/22 & 12/27/22. Each of those times I spoke with a woman who indicated she would relay the concerns. I received a returned call on 12/28/22 and he left a message. I returned his call upon receiving that message about a half hour later on 12/28/22. I heard nothing, so I call again on 1/11/23 and again, spoke with a woman who said she would let him know of my call. As of 1/14/23, I have heard nothing. The work did not correct the problem I had and in fact made it worse.I am in the process of contacting another business to do this work. I would have given him a chance to correct but his ignoring my calls makes that a futile attempt.Attached are copies of the contract, invoice and photos

    **** did call the office to notify me that there may be a problem with the insulation.  I was not avoiding him or the potential problem in his attic.  Unfortunately, due to the lack of employees, the large amount of work during this time of year,  and the timing of the holidays, it did take some time to return his phone call.  I did call **** and leave a message for him to call my cell phone so that he could talk to me directly and not have to call the office.  **** left a message on my cell phone December 28th, but didn't call it again.  

    Since the filing of this by ****, I have made several attempts to call him but it goes directly to voicemail.  **** indicated that he did find someone else to fix the work so I am left to wait to talk to him directly about a resolution that will work for the both of us.
