  Community Construction replaced my roof as well as did interior ceiling repair for water damage. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Each team of workers completed cleaned up each day and went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with all the work that was being done! I would highly recommend Community Construction for any construction project you need done! The owner Will was very responsive to phone calls and texts. So was project manager *****. *****************

  My deck project was quoted on 4/13, contract signed 4/19, financing complete 4/26 ($55k) with an agreed completion date of 5/29. On 5/16 they communicated a materials delay but the project would be complete 6/2 (day before my daughters graduation party at my house). The week of 5/29 a 3rd party crew who had never worked for this company before made little progress (side note it was extremely hot, but CC assured me it would be completed on time). On 6/2 there were a handful of boards installed on my 20'x60' deck. There was a large dumpster in my yard for the party. We powered through the party and over the next couple of MONTHS there were multiple missed dates and the first request for approval for payment was on 7/31. My husband and I walked the deck and found multiple issues including boards not attached, railing loose, etc. Over the next 2 weeks they did quick fixes to call the project closed. On 8/16 they said "we built the deck as contracted. We need to get paid. We can work on cosmetics on an ongoing basis, but you need to fulfill the terms of the contract and sign off". He assured me that they would return and it's been over 6 weeks now (9/28) and not a peep. For a $55k project I am very disappointed. I wish I could attached current photo's to show what they call "cosmetic" issues and never corrected.

  We loved our contractors. They were just great. They got the work done. They gutted our entire roof in the snow and did a couple extra things around the house for ** on the house! Like put in our new fan for the bathroom. I would not go anywhere else! I really appreciate you guys! Highly recommended! God bless

  We could not be happier with the new roof and gutters that were installed on our home. The owners and workers of Community Construction are authentic, hard-working, personable and did an exceptional job (while using high-quality products!!). They are set apart from anywhere else because of the quality of their work and the way they genuinely value the customer. We have had multiple compliments on our roof since it was installed.
