My complaint early today stated an incorrect occurrence date of 10/4/2025. The TRUE date of the incident was on 10/11/2025 *** Bail Bonds posted a $300.00 bond to ******************* to release ******* ****** as he had no $$ to cover his bond. His Girlfriend (***** ********--only completed 9th grade) was cohered to sign over her car title (2012 Equinox, good condition and insured) to *** Bonds lady's SON "******". After obtaining the signature on the title, the son dove off in the car and the *** Bonds lady (*****) employee drove to St. ***** and bonded ******* out of jail. My allegation focuses on *** Bonds (a licensed company) taking advantage of an individual "***** ********" (with limited education and tremendous stress) who did not have the understanding of the situation nor the support of family members/adults to make a informed decision. The car is worth much more than $300.00 nor should the *** ****** staff employee (*****) allowed her son to place his name on the title and drive away. I am unsure if he (******) is even an employee of *** Bail Bonds nor allowed to take the car. The situation is not right and normally bonds company's take items for collateral until the closure of the court situation. Normally, Bonds company's do not take ownership of items. The situation deserves further investigation and reconciliation. ***** NEEDS her car back. Please assist as this situation as it was not managed fairly.
