Hi I called and talked to 3 different BetRivers customer ***** I been a BetRivers customer for few years. I recently won ****** online. I won few days ago. I went to cash out my money and was told they need a copy of my ID. I already submitted my ID when I first opened the account and not sure why this was needed again. I submitted my ID anyway. Then a request was asked to send a picture of a debit card that I no longer use. I have not used card in months. I submitted a copy of the debit card I used months ago. My account is on hold until the information is being reviewed. Reckon I won with a debit card that is still currently on my account. I want to cash out and pick up my winnings at *************. Which is something Ive done many of times. I go in person to the Casino where I show my government picture ID. For whatever reason my money is not being released. They had no problem withdrawing my money so I can play. Now I won money, its a hold on my funds. I want my money please.Business Response

I won $400.00 on the ********** website over month ago! Ive verified myself and supplied all the requested documentation to verify myself. Bet ****** keeps canceling my withdrawal request with giving an explanation. I try calling but Im told I need to chat! I want my money! I created an account through the BetRivers app (Little River Casino) and deposited money into it ($100) then I won $16. So now my account has a total of $116. BetRivers is blocking wagering and withdrawals because they claim that they need to verify my account and refuse to provide an ETC while holding my money and Ive given them all of the documents theyve asked for. Its been a week now and they refuse to give me any updates and they wont allow me to withdraw my money. Ive maid several attempts to work with them but they refuse to help me. If there was an issue with my account why was I allowed to deposit money into it? Now Im unable to withdraw the same money I deposited because of their review process. This is robbery. I deposited money in this account to bet and they keep locking my account for no reason. I am unable to withdraw my money and close my account because of the super security. This is a hinderance more than being helpful. I want my money back $100 since I am unable to log into my account due to excessive locking out. Bet rivers did not resolve the issue, they froze my account and I was helpless, so I closed my account, most likely lost my deposit, when I did closed my account, they closed it, then they reopened without my permission and then they closed it again, not sure what the meaning was for all of that, thank you for listeningBusiness Response

I won ****** playing online with bet rivers from the beginning they gave me a hard time about paying me my money. It seemed like they did everything in their power not to pay me. First they tried to say I wasnt me and that my last name was my first name, I proved my identity. Then they closed my account and refused to explain why. told me they had to send me a check for my winnings. I won that money the beginning of sept they didnt cut me a check until oct I never received that check. I was made to wait weeks before they would cut me another one. They finally cut me another check on November 27th. I couldnt find anyone to cash the check because it was an out of state check and no one could verify the funds. I contacted bet rivers and asked if they could please give me a number so the funds could be verified. They refused to give me a phone number and told me to take the check to check n go I did that and check n go needed to verify the funds My wife and I took the check to our bank they wanted to verify the funds but we didnt have a way so they put a 10 day hold on the check. Today should have been the day the hold was up but we received a phone **** from our bank yesterday and the check has bounced. I contacted bet rivers and the place that wrote the check interchecks. Interchecks said it was bet rivers who would have put a stop payment on the check and to contact them. When I called bet rivers yesterday the guy acted like he was helping me and he said someone from the team would be contacting me and he hung up on me. I was never contacted by anyone. I called this morning spoke to someone named ****** again she had no explanation for me and told me someone from the team would be contacting me. I explained I can not accept another check from bet rivers and asked if my nsf would be paid she told me no it would not be. Now mg bank thinks Im trying to cash fraudulent checks. Bet rivers is refusing to help me and keeps lying to me.Business Response

I have been using BetRivers online casino for well over a year now and have deposited so much money it honestly is ridiculous. In June, I got on my account and tried to deposit when I did i realized i didnt have the option to use my debit or credit card. When contacting support they said that it is routine that they do that and they would put in a request for the payments team to look at my account and to use the other options.. well I cant use the other options either, weird huh? Opened account and made deposit on 8-5-2023.Made bets until 8-22-2023 when account was frozen and requested documents.Sent documents in and they were approved 9-10-2023 Waited weeks for them to escalate my account to be unfroze even after documents were accepted.Decided I was done waiting and on 10-6-2023 went to withdraw my funds by going IN PERSON to Rivers location in ******** and was advised I have to wait 24 hours for withdraw approval and now the entire account is frozen/blocked and no access to MY FUNDS at all. Called and had to wait for a callback just for them to have no access to my information because its been flagged and to continue to wait for an email (as if I havent been doing that for over a month already?). I signed up for an account and played the required amount to receive my welcome bonus. I then wanted to withdrawal money and BetRivers asked for documentation. I provided my drivers license, facial recognition, my husbands license, our credit card, photos, signed a waiver and the account is still locked down. They tell me the issue has been escalated and it is being reviewed by their Risk and ******************* and they can provide no further assistance.
