  I am a US ************* Veteran and I had the worse experience that I could possibly have at this store on 7-30-2025. After driving for over an hour to get there, I arrived at the store and waited in line (no one else was in the line). People just walking around talking. Some older woman with the initials of SB (I only know SB because it was on my receipt and NO ONE who works there has name tags!) called me to her computer. The level of unsatisfactory customer service was stunning. I had to keep explaining to her and repeating myself what I wanted and it was simple. She proceeded to "go in the back" to see about a supposed Military Discount which is offered and advertised, came back but not to me but to another customer and proceeded to help them. Not until I complained to another person to help me (because I was ignored) that she came back to me to enter my order. THEN, upon entering the order, she took forever and kept repeating the same things over again...I had to stop her and state "We discussed this already". She then told me my Military Discount was 3%. That's an insult to any and all veterans. After placing the order, I then asked another associate (no name tag) for a manager/supervisor to register a complaint. She stated that she would get one and then I was told to sit in a chair by the door. She returned and then told me that no one would be available for 20 minutes. I then told her nevermind, I will register my complaint on line. Not more than 1 minute after she left someone (who did not look like a supervisor) came over and said someone said you wanted to complain. I then told him nevermind and he walked away with a "whatever" attitude. I dont know what the issue is with these people but in my eyes and apology and some sort of remedy is due. I waited at least ********************************************************** my eyes I wasnt. I cant say fully that racism was involved but I think it should be looked in to.

  Warning do not buy from foam factory. They advertise fast shipping ..took weeks..I ordered expensive memory foam topper w a cover and received a flimsy piece of foam..real ****..customer service is terrible ..I could have saved a lot of money if I listened to reviews and did research on themDescription of Work:

  Loved working with Foam Factory! I purchased some foam to fill out an **** sofa to make it more comfortable. I had actually placed an order without talking to anyone and they put my order on hold to reach out to me to walk me through the different foams to make sure it was what I wanted. It turns out my selection would not get the results we were looking for so I got a different foam and we love it! It was all cut to size, came quickly and was exactly what we were looking to achieve! I haven't had customer service like that in a while, I was so impressed!

  I purchased 1-1/2" super firm foam but I had several issues with my purchase:1. It is not firm as shown in pictures.2. It was cut without any care and it is not clean and smooth cut.3.Foam overall feels like a cheap material, not lux in any way.4.When I tried to return it, they told me that they will deduct their shipping cost from my refund. I was ok with paying return shipping but they will charge you for the original shipment as well when you return the item.My Order Number: ****** I emailed with ********

  We are so happy with the custom foam cushions we ordered from Foam Factory!! We purchased 3 identical foam cushions with batting to replace old sofa cushions that were sagging. The order arrived earlier than promised and totally accurate! It feels like we got a new couch for 10% the cost! We chose Foam Factory because they had the most competitive prices (and because they are ********-based). We couldnt be happier with our decision! Just remember to follow the measuring instructions COMPLETELY, including adding a 1/2 inch where instructed if necessary.
