  *** the owner of the company will promise you anything that you ask for then when you hire him get on his schedule, he doesn't want to do anything that you originally discussed. He is very rude and when you tell him how you want something he will state that it would delay the project. Example - at the time of the quote I wanted specific doors, *** stated that they would be $40 more per door. I said yes and order them. At the time of installation, he did not order the doors and gave me two choices from *********** Another example, I wanted the bathroom in a certain location. Construction started and *** stated that the bathroom in the location I wanted would have a cap in the floor, so he convinced me to more it to another location. The other location had the same floor cap as the original location. Now that he changed the location my gym was much smaller than I wanted and there is wasted space. I wanted the bar in a specific location, he said no problem when we start I will use tape so you can see the floor plan before we start. That was never done and when ****** (worker) installed the bar it was in the wrong location and he was verbally upset with me and said he wasted his time and supplies. Not my fault he should have asked and verified the location. I had to go for a walk because I was so upset. Save yourself the time, hassle, money and frustration and DO NOT go with this company. If I could give zero or negative stars I would.

  I never promise customer's anything because you never know when thing's need to change.If we needed to move the bathroom there was a reason for it.Some material that was readily available is not the case anymore so yes if we had to order the doors there is a ***** week delay on getting them from the lumber company we use, so i give options to not delay the job.We always lay down the bottom track first and bring the customer down to go over the layout before we install the studs. We would of never put a bar where we want to we lay it out for the customer always.I detail everything in a contract that the customer sign's before we start the work.We do a final walk through with every customer before we get paid which by the way i get paid when job is completed not before. I am available at all time's to go over any issues.We would never put things where we want nor would a customer pay us.
