            We entered into a contract with this company in September regarding solar panels. My brother and I were each supposed to receive a check for $1500 within 30 days. It is now four months later, and they have not honored that contract.

            While Western Land Services *** (WLS) does broker agreements between our clients and third parties, WLS is not a party to such agreements. As for payment, our clients have standard protocols in place to approve and issue payments independent of WLS and the timing of such payments are out of our control. WLS takes the commitments of our clients to third parties, with which we interact on their behalf, seriously and attempts to communicate clearly with both sides of the negotiation to bring a positive resolution to any conflict. As in all cases, we will continue to correspond with all parties to confirm when the payment has been issued.
