    I reached out to Mi Hometown regarding the lack of support from our couch seat cushions. We purchased an extended warranty for this concern when we purchased this couch in 2019 This is the email from 2/6/24:Mi Hometown: Upon looking into your account, I found that you have already used your warranty on this piece back in 2021. From what I can see in the pictures provided, additional filler should rectify your request. *****: So what youre telling me is that this 5 year extended warranty is for a one time use only? Thats not the understanding that we got from the sales person when the couch was sold to us. Interesting to me what people will say to sell something and then find out that its hogwash. In 2021 when we requested the replacement cushions we only received two cushions, we never received that third cushion. We even went to the store located in ****** ** and informed the manager that we only received two cushions. He assured us that he would follow up on the matter and would get back to us and never did. We called several times to no avail. On top of that, it took forever to get those replacement cushions. He, the manager, stated that there were issues due to COVID such as supply chain and manpower. Therefore you guys still owe us one of those 3 replacement cushions. I think this is bogus and unethical. I will definitely reach out to social media to let them know what type of service this company provides. I will also contact the BBB in regard to this matter. We spent thousands of dollars for this couch and an extended warranty, and I expect you guys to do your part. I am extremely unhappy about this! If we would have known this was a one time extended warranty we would have never purchased it. At the very least, I expect you to replace the one cushion that we never received. Actually for the hassle of this entire ordeal you really need to send all three of the cushions.
