In-home risk free trial return policy if the system is not right for your needs.

NO long term contracts - cancel your service at any time.  Call Customer Service at 248-946-8172 to cancel and receive a Return Authorization Code.  Once equipment is returned, we will cancel all monitoring services, and refund any pre-paid amounts (i.e. if you paid for an Annual plan and canceled with six months to go - you will receive the prorated 6 month refund).

Any shipments that are refused, or returned without attempting to set up, connect and test the system may be subject to a nominal restocking fee.  The restocking fee is NOT applied to any return that is due to an system incompatibilities, or normal cancellations.  Learn more at https://www.medicalcarealert.com
