    On 9/12/23 Classic Cleaners sent workers to my home to pick up damaged items from the fire we had earlier in the month. The workers were not provided proper information in regard to what should be picked up from the home. The workers removed my entire house. Clothes, shoes, blankets, stuffed animals, purses, rugs, luggage and kitchen items. We had nothing but the clothes and shoes we had on before we left the house that day. The workers were supposed to remove the first and second floor items but they removed all belongings on the third floor. The third floor contained brand new clothing, shoes, purses and stuffed animals. I contacted the company to discuss why the entire house was removed due to the manager had walked through the house and I called to confirm- what would be leaving for restoration cleaning. They reassured me they would get everything back to me within two weeks. Well almost two months later I have not received all my belongings. The items that have been returned are all damaged. The owner provided $650 for the damaged but there is thousands of dollars' worth of damaged items. The insurance company has paid them over $15,000 but they have not returned all our belongings. We received boxes of items that were not ours and no one is willing to review what has happened. We are requesting compensation for the following missing items: Swimsuit ********* -2, Pink XL Twin Comforter and Sheet set, 2 Cadillac Grey Blankets, Body Shapers -4, Black 2 Piece Swimsuit, Door Mat Hello / Goodbye, Place Mats - 4, Swim Shoes -3, Bras- 4, Carry On Luggage - 3 and Neck Pillows -2. Common sense if you sent boxes with the wrong items but scan the box, the customer still has items that need to be returned. This company performed a fraud claim by taking the entire house belongings. We just want a fair amount for damaged items and all the items returned that was taken from our home.
