To date, BBB has received no reponse from the business.
According to information in BBB's files, Loyal Lending is not a registered business name in the State of Michigan. The business' website indicates that it is a paid marketing lead generator, not a lender. A search for the website loyallending.com on WhoIs, a database of website domain registrations, indicates that the site was registered on 10/04/20 using GoDaddy, and information about the registrant remains private. BBB noted the website disclosure claims "Last Update 06/09/2018", a date that is prior to the domain's registration.
The website does not disclose a physical address for the business. Mail to PO Box 51101 Livonia, MI was returned by US Postal Service marked "not deliverable as addressed". The phone number listed on website and marketing material is answered at a call center for Strategic Financial Solutions, which accepts calls for many debt relief lead generators.
