    Signed a contract with Apex Recruiting in order to recruit CDL drivers. The company pitch was they would create the job advertisement and post to several outlets. The guaranteed that I would receive a minimum of 21 applicants to my job posting within 30 days. They charged $595 for this service again with the guarantee of 21 applicants to my specific job or they would continue until they reached it.When they began to send names over and I spoke with the "applicants" all informed me they had never seen a job posting nor had they ever applied to it. Some contacts were no longer even drivers and definitely not looking for a job. Other candidates did not even have a CDL license. I was not able to find a single person who said they had applied to a job posting.Within the first few contacts received I immediately contact the account manager to make him aware of the problem. He said he would look into it. Still other names came with wrong or no phone numbers.At this point it was clear they were not doing what they advertise nor could stand behind the merits of their services. As I continued to push on this everyone stop responding and never called back. I asked the account manager for someone in management and legal. He was somehow uncertain of who to contact in a company of a few people. This is a scam and deceptive company. I asked for a full refund but no one seems to know who to go to. Next step legal action
