      I've had a very poor experience with this property management company, specifically concerning the move in condition of the apartment coupled with the unprofessionalism and poor communication of the property manager, ****. When I moved into the apartment, the A/C was totally broke (didn't even turn on), the sink faucet was broke (only dispensed hot water along with a broken mount), there were multiple holes in the ceiling (two showing signs of water leaks), multiple areas of drywall repair that still needed correcting on the walls, and to boot all of the racks (bath towel, hand towel, toilet paper) in the bathroom were very loose. In other words, they clearly did zero due diligence in readying the apartment. The property manager's attitude was dismissive, passive aggressive and unapologetic, to say the least. Getting repairs done was laborious on my behalf; the property manager seemed to ignore communications. I feel as though the **** of this company (especially after reading other reviews) is to get you to sign a long (two-year) lease and then turn their back on you once you sign the dotted line. I'm still attempting to reach a resolution on the water damaged area (I've considered withholding rent and going the legal route, unfortunately).

      Best property management in ******* **. Been living with them for 5 years. Attentive to maintenance. Easy to contact. **** the property manager helped us understand everything before we signed. Highly recommended.

      Myself and 3 friends applied to a listing at **************** In *******. After two weeks DPMG agent ***************** contacted us and told us there was a lease dispute, and that the property wont be available for another month and a half. But then she offered us a tour of a 4 bed 2 bath property at ***********************************, and said that if it did not work out that she would refund our application fees. When we arrived at the listing we found only 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom had a closet/office space attached only to it, and ***** called it an office space before backtracking and saying Oh I guess that is the fourth bedroom. After leaving and determining it would not work out I requested my application fee back, and ***** now denies telling me we would ever get a refund. DPMG prime is a dysfunctional leasing company with incompetent agents and without a main office! The address on this site is an under construction nail salon. Under no circumstances should you ever give any of your money to any of these morons, especially not *****************

      Im give a 1 star review because I cant give a zero star review. DPMG are horrible property managers.If youre looking at one of the properties they manage, move on. Now.

      Absolutely horrendous property management company. My lease (2 years) began in June. First, they didnt clean the unit before I moved in. I should have known. I mentioned water coming in by my front door in October, nothing was done. There had also been flooding in the hallway weeks before my apartment flooded and standing water was left there for at least a week. On April 6 after a storm, my unit had 2 inches of water in it due to them not cleaning the buildings drain, they admitted. After texting the property manager (the only way to get ahold of them), the only solution he offered was a dehumidifier. After asking to be moved to a different unit or let out of my lease he stopped replying altogether. It took them 2 months and a lawyer getting involved for them to finally terminate my lease. They refused to refund my rent for ****** didnt switch the electric over until May 15 so I had to pay both April and ***************** even though I moved out immediately after the flood. Its now been over a month since my lease was terminated and I still have not heard anything back about my deposit despite contacting them about it. My neighbors across the hall have had to endure the exact same poor treatment.A few extras to share, the single washing machine on my floor would constantly dump soapy water everywhere, parking was horrible due to a small, pot hole riddled parking lot with no lines for parking spots. My sink would backup with dirty soap water and food bits from my upstairs neighbor, I had to keep my toilet seat down as it would splash toilet water everywhere when my upstairs neighbor flushed which then grew orange mold. They said the water backing up was completely normal. No bathroom ventilation besides a window that was in the shower. I was constantly worried someone would walk to the side of the building and be able to see me showering. When I first looked at the unit I thought it was so cute, I know now that it was just a prime example of the landlord special.
