In October 2021 I paid Streamline to install gutter covers on my home. The salesman assured me that the pine and spruce needles would not collect on the gutter covers. He said that if that did happen, the company would come out to clean them. One year later the gutter covers are covered with needles and the rain runs over the gutters instead of into the gutters. Repeated phone calls to the company have been fruitless. They say it's my responsibility to clean the gutters. My advice is do not pay to put gutter covers on if you still have to climb up on a ladder to clean them off.

Streamline would have no control of what debris would naturally land on top of your gutter covers or any part of your home or property. The purpose of gutter covers is to keep debris out of your gutters and downspouts, so they work properly to manage the water and the product installed on your homes is working properly and per spec. You have called us twice and we have visited your home twice to inspect our product. In both instances, your gutters and downspouts were not clogged, and the covers were working properly and per industry standards. There is no gutter company or gutter cover on the market that can guarantee natural occurrences of debris like leaves, pine needles and snow or ice will not collect on the top of the gutter covers.
