    I have hired Dimitri ***** of Dimitri Builds, LLC for projects on my home at ************************ for several years. On May 27, 2023, I paid a $5,250.00 deposit to him to start work on a deck replacement. On June 20, 2023, I paid the remainder of $4,719.70 when the deck, privacy screens & lattice work under the deck was completed.On May 20, 2024, I contacted him to come and fix one of the privacy screens because it was tilting. He came on May 21st to fix it. On April 23, 2025, I reached out to him about the same privacy screen tilting again and noted that the board it is attached to seems to be pulling away from the rest of the deck. I sent text messages about the same issue on April 26 & May 3. I called and left a voicemail on May 12th. I contacted him through ******** Messenger on May 16th. I asked him to contact me asap but he did not reply. In the last 4 weeks, one end of the deck, near the privacy screen has pulled away from the house and is lower by 4-6 which has caused the lattice underneath to bow outward. On June 26, 2025, I called, sent a text and another message through ******** Messenger outlining my concern that the deck may not be structurally sound and asking him again to contact me by noon June 27th.. He has not replied to any of these communications. My expectation would be for him to come as soon as possible and repair/resolve any of the problems related to the deck since he/his company are solely responsible for any work and construction. Since the issues with the deck were not addressed earlier, it has now become a more urgent problem. I am very concerned the end of the deck could just completely collapse causing more damage and potentially harm to anyone stepping on the deck. I would appreciate any assistance you could provide to successfully resolve this issue. Thank you.
