This is the most unorganized & unprofessional dental office I have ever been to. Will NOT be going back. Went there for a dental cleaning, ************* Was told by Dr. ******* that I needed several things done..crowns & 2 fillings so I scheduled an appt to go back. I applied for Care Credit & was approved. The front desk said that I could use another coupon for all of my dental work, but I had to use my Care Credit that day before the offer expired. My Care Credit was then charged over $2k. Went in to have a filling done & they almost started working on the wrong tooth. Dr decided they were going to do a crown on me instead, on a different tooth. Fine. Had a dental assistant temp who said it was her first time ever at that office...didn't know where anything was & lost the impression of my tooth...she had to make a new impression using an old school technique with wax..told me she had to "MacGyver it". I was patient & kind but left there feeling disappointed, ********** & very dissatisfied. Also, I was there for 3 hours! Many others have complained about having to wait long periods of time. I felt like I was in an assembly line. Made an appointment for my perm crown for the following week. Next appointment waited an hour without ever seeing the dentist. Told them I needed to leave..they gave me a $50 credit on my account for any cosmetic services I wanted & set me up to go back the next day. Went back thinking I was going to see Dr. ******** who did my initial exam, but for the 2nd time, they put me down with someone else....a different dentist. Decided I would not be back. Told them I wanted my Care Credit money refunded back ASAP. Was told by ********* that the process normally takes 1 week. One MONTH later & still nothing. I have called several times now. ******** was supposed to call me but never did. It should not take 1 month to credit back money to my Care Credit account. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. This is completely unacceptable!
