We contracted with Roof Sharks and *********************************** to remove and replace the siding on our home. Per their demand to order materials, we gave them a check for $10,000.00. After multiple phone calls, texts, emails to begin the work, he finally sent some meth looking characters to remove PART of our siding. After additional, attempts at contact to finish the job and install the new siding that we were promised had already been ordered, ******** stopped all contact. We had to take out a second loan to hire another more expensive company to remove the remaining siding and replace it with new siding. We sued Roof Sharks and ***********************************. He failed to appear for the hearing and a judgment was entered. The pos filed bankruptcy and our claim was dismissed. He is waste of space.

Address: ***************************************************** On March 11, 2023 I entered into a contract with Roof Sharks for a new roof, siding, soffit, and gutter replacement for our rental house. The roof was replaced on March 21, 2023 and payment made the next day. However after a closer inspection of the roof, they removed two roofing vents and didn't replace as agreed upon. Also after a couple of days shingles began to fall off. I have reached out several times to enquire about these necessary corrections and have been met with refusal. The siding project is where the main issue is. It originates from materials coming up missing from the property. From the beginning I disclosed that this is a rental property to ***********************************. At some point materials were delivered to the property without my knowledge or consent. I suspect the tenants at the time for being responsible for the theft of some siding materials. *************************************** first reaction to this was as he said to me "I'll file a claim no big deal." After a couple of weeks went by without work done I contacted him and he was very hostile and demanding cash payment. I did state that Roof Sharks are responsible for their tools, materials and to work in a safe and timely manner. I offered financial support for the situation considering the following criterial was met: roofing issues completed, presentation of inventoried itemized packing list and relative receipts, and project completion. He still has not been cooperative and continues to demand money upfront to support the business. I have supplied names of the persons in question for the record and have encouraged seeking prosecution for the incident. At no time has Roof Sharks made an attempt to make necessary corrective actions for the project. Attached is the contract, receipts for money paid, and refund request that I emailed to Roof Sharks license# ********* asking them to complete the project or refund money paid for siding project and roof repairs.

October 24, 2022 On June 23rd, 2022 we signed a contract with The Roof Sharks for siding tear off and installation. Included in the contract were new aluminum window cladding, Low-E house wrap, cedar shake and board and ****** siding for the porch. We were extremely excited because we have been planning this for 6 years. At the time we signed the contract, we were told that it would be 6 - 10 weeks out from material arrival. Ok. Mid-August we start wondering what the status is. We start asking questions of the Sales **** ***** He states that material is still not in, but he will forward our questions to the owner. Ok. No answer. We get the owner's contact info after learning that **** no longer works there, and then we get a series of verbal promises over the phone. Finally in late August, a crew arrives to remove the siding. They tear off most of the siding and leave a huge mess. They leave and we don't see anyone for two weeks. We contact again. After talking through weather and health issues, one guy shows up to remove two pieces of siding by our deck for an hour and then leaves. At this time, we do not have siding on 95% of our home, no house wrap, and no downspouts. We also have electrical exposed due to siding removal. Later that week, we talk to the owner again, another excuse matrix with family issues and sick workers. This is the first time another contractor to finish is brought up. A few days later, early September, two guys show up and start putting house wrap on. Again - not the low E on the contract. Looking at the shipping label on the wrap it is from August of 2021. They work for a few hours then leave. No more work in September. We have had one guy show up for 8 hours or so in early October. We still have no siding, no downspouts, and we did notice damaged downspouts as well when they took them off, and we likely have water damage from exposed flashing and electrical. The house is maybe 35% wrapped. Not good. At this point, we need to move on.
