    ***Below are excerpts from 3 replies I have posted to respond to negative reviews on another review site (name of other site has been redacted to post here). They are equally applicable to the reviews posted on this and other sites. -RW Please allow me to explain to anyone reading these reviews that our company has, on several occasions now, been ATTACKED by negative reviews by a few individuals who have launched a campaign to generate as many negative reviews as possible from both real and fake accounts to smear our reputation and lower our score. (It is our OPINION that reviews that sound similar and provide no reference as to what they are stating are likely to be from these attacks.) Please allow me to explain, for anyone unfamiliar with how a ***************** or HOA operates:In summary, the Management Company is like the "doers" who execute the decisions made by the ***** of ********** They don't have the power to set fees, make financial decisions, or vote on community matters. The ultimate authority lies with the elected ***** of ********** who make decisions based on the best interests of the community. The Association's Governing Documents provide the legal framework for how the community operates and what everyone within the community must follow.Thank you.     Paying for HOA fees at an outrageous rate and not getting things fixed, repaired, or completed - leaving ** in violation with the city! ***** ****** ******** *** *****!!

    Difficult, unprofessional, ******. Wouldn't recommend. They're gouging people that live in the condos they're managing.
