This group has been giving me issues since I received a bill in Aug. 2022. I have paid my portion stated by BCBS of Texas, and they keep sending me a bill for the remaining amount. BCBS and I have made 4 total 3 way calls with them, BCBS has told them I do not owe them, that the Bill, has been processed. They sent in two bills to BCBS asking for them to pay the same amount as in the first bill. BCBS has denied the payment to them and they continue to give both of us problem. BCBS has sent them a copy of the benifits to them 4 times now, We have spoken to Jim, Sarah, Sophia, and Patricia. None of them seem to be any help! This place is a place that needs to be shut down. They are taking money from people and its all because they think no one looks at their benifits from insurance. Sophia today, tried to end the call between myself and BCBS, because my representaive was looking up some inforation from her notes from previous call. Sophioa was rude to both of us during our call! This is not the way you should treat someone.Review from Emily D

I assume that R1 RCM owns ********************** in *****, ********. I was lied to by **********************, a lie which cost me over a thousand dollars, and worked my way up all the way to someone named *********************************** at R1 RCM that did not ultimately achieve anything to rectify this situation. I will never be returning to St. ****.Review from SG

I am getting a call from Medical Financial Solutions and they are asking me to call back. I called several times but however you follow the prompts, it doesnt lead you anywhere. I do not owe any money or have any pending medical bills and yet i have been getting this call for the last 3-4 weeks. its driving me crazy. pure watse of time. has anyone ekse expereinced it too?Review from Catherine B

After paying our outstanding bill in full several months ago, we had two additional payments withdrawn from our checking account. This business referred the late payments to "collections", right before we paid off the account. Those two withdrawals, over $500 total, have yet to be refunded to us. We have been on the phone every few weeks with them, and are assured that our refund is "in process", or "has been referred to so and so". We are planning to get on the phone to them AGAIN!Review from Raju

Please do not pay blindly Medical Financial Solutions. I got a notice in the mail and several phone calls from them for an outstanding hospital bill which I had already paid in early April 2021. Glad I remembered and checked my record else I would have paid double money. They do not check back their records and simply collect the money from seniors and busy people.
Again - double check your records before paying a penny to this company. Their system is completely wrong.
