    I have **************** with xfinity through my ACP I have been trying to talk to someone about my issue with my ACP and I or they won't let you talk to a real person I have tried numerous of times and to no avail I can't speak to anyone which is very frustrating because xfinity sent me an email stating that my service is being canceled and that I'm going to be charged for the service that I received last month so they're just going to charge me and when I try to speak to a real person instead of a chat person it's not allowed so now I can't dispute this charge and find out what this is all about. Can somebody help me find out why I can't speak with a real person please I don't want to get charged for a service that's being paid for by my ACP. I feel like xfinity is using discrimination practices especially on me.
