Splendid has a non-existent customer service. An order was listed as delivered but in fact had been returned to ***** as the apartment number had been missing-it is however clearly issued in the order confirmation of the shipping address. Splendid did not initiate an investigation for ***** to be able to locate the shipment. Neither did they replace the order or issue a refund. They quoted their policy that they are not responsible for incorrect addresses (the address as depicted as shipping address was correct and the order confirmation email serves as evidence).Initial Complaint

I ordered a shirt from Splendid Threads Co, on 6/5/24 for $35.56. On July 5, I received a shipping label stating **** awaiting shipment. When I ordered, the instagram post stated an 8 week shipping time, so I waited and gave a few extra weeks before getting suspicious. I contacted the store on October 12 to check in and attempt to contact her, and received no response from the seller. Until October I could view the tracking, but now when I click on the tracking number it leads me to a page telling me the link is no longer available. I attempted to contact her through her store as well as social media, however the link to her store leads to a page stating, sorry, this store is currently unavailable. I emailed in response to my order twice with no response. I found contacted other accounts that commented on the post for the shirt I ordered and this exact same situation happened to them.Initial Complaint

I ordered from this website about a month ago. I received my confirmation email and nothing since then. I checked periodically and no movement, then recently I checked and it tells me the website has been taken down/blocked. I cannot access my order whatsoever. The money left my account the day I ordered it, and I have not received any sort of refund if the business closing is the case. I purchased from this vendor at a farmers market as I lived in the same town and now live about 20 minutes away, I had no thought that it could be scam. I placed an order on May 15, 2024 with Splendidthreadsco, today is July 27, 2024 and I have not received the two T-shirts I paid for, nor have I heard any communication from the business. I paid $60.34 for two printed T-shirts from this company. On their website, it says a 3 to 4 week processing time, so after a month or so I began to email the company asking whether or not I would receive my T-shirts. I sent about three emails and direct messaged on Instagram and heard nothing back. Its been over two months now, so I started to look into it, and found that other people who ordered from this company have had similar complaints, with poor customer service and not receiving orders. I have placed one order with this company before and received my item within a reasonable timeframe with no complications, so I am unsure if this is a scam company or if they just have very poor business practices. At this point I would like to receive the shirts that I paid for or I would like a refund. Thank you for your time.Initial Complaint

I ordered a crewneck sweatshirt from Splendidthreadsco on December 30, 2023. I received an email on January 31, 2024 that it has shipped. However, the tracking (through **** tracking #******************************) says that a label was created, but they are still waiting for the shipper to give them the package. I have emailed them and messaged them on Instagram multiple times over the past couple of months. As of today, April 2, 2024, I haven't heard back nor have I received my order. Order #******. I placed my first order with this business on January 23, 2024. I ordered two of their advertised $10 mystery sweatshirts. I received a tracking number but there have been zero updates for it. I emailed them two weeks ago regarding my order with no response. I commented on their ********* post asking for a response to my email and direct messaged them on ********* with no response again. I emailed them again this week with no response as well. On their website it clearly states 3-4 week processing time. We are currently working on week 8 with radio silence on their end. The lack of customer service and blatantly taking money from people without providing the goods purchased is appalling.Initial Complaint

Order was placed on December 16. On the website it says 3-4 processing time. Tracking number was sent on January 20 but it says the item has not been shipped. I have reached out through email and her Instagram page and all have gone unanswered. I have see through social media that this has happened to several people.
