    I was looking to hire a tree removal company and I found ***************** on ****** under the business name ******* tree service pros, phone number ************. called to set up an app. & JD called me back from a different phone number and said he'd be right out. We hired him on May 30th and he was the start the job June 13th and until this day he has not done one thing he was hired and paid in full to do. Minus a couple rain days JD is a no call no show once in a great while he'll text & tell me something's broken and he can't come and he promises another day and then another no call no show. Constantly chasing him down. This is been going on since the week of June 13th. I asked for his insurance in case something fell on our house as the trees are very large and very close to ours and our neighbor's houses. He sent me an insurance document with the effective dates and said everything would be covered it's not a problem if anything happened. I called the ins company after last no show and found out that JD does not have an active policy with the company he sent me the form of. We have new gutters and a new roof that are getting damaged because the trees are not down yet so we ask for our full refund if he couldn't get the job done because he said emergencies keep coming up things keep breaking and he keeps having a fire people. I said because of that if you can't get the job done please just give us our money back cuz we have to get this done. He asked for more time and I gave it to him that was June 30th. I've been blown off twice since with no shows. I saw another complaint on ****** that he did this to somebody else. I have proof in writing of everything and timelines but I only have a limited amount of space here to explain everything unfortunately. So after finding out he's not insured, he's ignoring texts after he told me his people were going to be here two days ago and they never came, won't return calls we need our money back in full.
