      I have a couple of complaints regarding this business.1) I have been overcharged for the service I received . I was charged $9,663.00 to have a bat door installed so that the bats could fly out but not fly back into the attic and the removal of old insulation, and blowing in new insulation.2) The work that was done is unsatisfactory. The workers did not cover anything in the rooms they were working in and therefore everything must be removed and deep cleaned as there is terrible dust covering all the furniture and carpeting, this is due to the partial removal of old guano infested insulation. The contract states that all old insulation will be removed, everything would be thoroughly disinfected by professionals. First the old insulation has not all been removed it is still hanging off of the walls with bat guano attached. Secondly the contractors used a bottle of Zep Disinfectant cleaner, this is not sufficient for proper removal. Bat guano is hazardous and contains fungus and does not thoroughly clean the area. It also needs to be wetted down before removal to prevent spores from becoming airborne. When I asked about the disinfecting I was told they were not going to get the area wet. So all the dust in the rooms that need to be cleaned is hazardous dust! The contractors were not wearing any PPE. I also asked if there were any bats left up in the attic and the reply was "Yes, a couple." So how is it that they can proceed with the work if bats were still present? Not a single inspector or quality control specialist came by during or after the work was supposedly done. I have tried to contact the company now since July and have not had a response. I have left messages, as no one will pick up the phone, called two different numbers, sent two emails, one to the owner and another to the sales ***** Tried to get ahold of 3 different people and seems like everyone disappeared. It wasn't until recently when saw that their rating was D- !
