    I have dealt with **** for the last four years and never have had a bad experience. I have built flat packs from him, ordered numerous parts, including the plunger kits, color dotmatrix displays, 2 complete cabinets with artwork and to finalize everything, I ordered the most expensive product he has to offer And it did not disappoint. I would recommend virtuapin to anybody that comes to me with any VPin needs. I probably have spent countless hours on the phone with **** and actually gained a friendship.

    I have received my cabinet and **** has been very professional and helpful. This machine is a fine piece of furniture and should last a long time. The quality of the build is evident and his care in resolving any issue has been great. I would recommend this company to anyone that is interested in starting into this hobby. The time to build is about 16 weeks but well worth the wait.

    Virtuapin Cabinets does the highest quality cabinetry work which I have seen in my 40+ years in the amusements business. All of their products exceed the structural and fit & finish standards produced by any amusements cabinet manufacturer, worldwide.Management listens to & addresses all concerns in a timely manner; producing top-quality results, whether the customer request be major custom redesign, or the smallest detail.****** has done many projects for my company, and I have had no issues whatsoever with workmanship, pricing or billing.

    I had a very unpleasant experience trying to work out an order issue with this company. When I sent an email asking about cancelation because of the unadvertised ***** week lead time on non-custom order for fully trimmed wide body cabinet. **** responded with "You're kidding, right? How do you think these are built? Magical elves? Lol". I sent a reply to **** saying I though his response was unprofessional. **** then canceled my order without my confirmation and proceeded to charge me a cancelation fee saying "Excuse me? I'm on vacation and having fun. If you can't handle a little fun, you're definitely not the kind of client we really want.". Again, not sure why there was such hostility. It was really a bummer. I responded to **** that I would contact the BBB, which I feel I was forced to do because of the unprofessionalism. If needed, I have the email chain to verify the conversation. I am really bummed I will not be able to support a local business because of how I was treated.

    Client ordered a cabinet that is built to order, as ALL of our products are and have been for over 13 years. He felt he couldn't wait and requested a refund after just 4 days of ordering, by threatening to take PayPal action from minute one. Our reply was jovial and in good taste, allowing him to reconsider. Instead, we were met with hostility and more threats of PayPal interaction and and negative BBB review. This is not how we do business (under threat). Within 4 hours of of the request, customer had been refunded in full, less processing fees, which is far less than our stated cancellation policy in our Purchase Agreement.

    The business does not state the cabinet I ordered is custom built to order. Nor does it mention lead time. 16 weeks was a long time. I asked in my initial email to work it out with him without needing to get PayPal involved. Once the owner became verbally condescending, I threatened to contact the BBB. He adversities being BBB accredited. I would think this includes compassion and professionalism.Again, I have the emails, as does he. His initial response was not professional and was insulting. I would have probably decided against canceling if he would have been willing to speak to me without being insulting. I am sure his product is first rate. But there is nothing in the website saying the cabinet I chose is built to order. My other issue is he decided to cancel because he said he didn’t want me as a client. I should not be charged any fees because canceling was his choice.
