      Buying a home should be excitingnot a chaotic mess that leaves you stranded, stressed, and seriously regretting who you trusted. As out-of-state buyers, we relied on *************** to be our boots on the ground. Instead, we got radio silence, missed responsibilities, and a buyers agent who didnt seem to realize they had a job to do. Communication was a disaster from start to finish.Then comes the grand finale: Lighthouse Title let the buyer close before the sellerwithout a heads-up. We were left without keys for hours with nowhere to go, animals to care for, and a workday wasted. Zero coordination, zero accountability, and zero empathy. If youre looking for a disjointed real estate circus, this duos got juggling clowns, vanishing acts, and a high-wire act with no safety net. But if you value professionalism, clear communication, and peace of mind, steer far, far away.

      They do not return phone calls in a timely manner even after several phone back call requests via voicemail. Lighthouse neglected and failed to complete all items necessary for closing thereby having to rewrite Closing Costs for us, the Sellers less than 24 hours to closing date and time. We have become very dissatisfied with Lighthouse Title Co in Holland MI.
