Company took my money before I even checked in, site said all payments due at time of check in, but they processed my payment at 930am of that morning. Then they asked me to leave the night before my reservation from the first payment was up, and are now refusing to refund me the 600$ that I payed 4 days before the first week I payed for was finished. I wasn't even on site the day that my second week worth of time started. They asked me to leave the day before that next week stay began. They also do not allow anyone with a CSC to stay there if they are on the registry. Which is a flagrant discrimination against people who have specific backgrounds. I have a CSC from 2014, and they still said I couldn't stay there, 6 days after I had been staying. Now they won't refund my payment for time that I wasn't even there for, even though I left before that time would have even started. Choice Corporate actually comped me a room at another hotel because of them discriminating against customers. They said because they're an "extended stay" hotel, they don't allow anyone on the registry to stay there. Seems like bad business practice to kick out non issue and paying customers? And to limit who can even stay there? Let alone let them book reservations, take their money, and then kick them out and refuse a refund? It's a straight up scam, especially considering that they took my money before I was able to even check in. The website says nothing about criminal histories not allowing a guest stay. You only see that upon check in, and by then they had already taken my money. I want my 600$ back that I payed for the 20th -27th. Especially considering that I was asked to leave on the 19th, before that time started
