    I have shopped at menards pretty extensively over the past year to take advantage of the rebate that they advertise. My wife has sent in multiple pieces of mail properly to the address listed on the form given at the store in order to get your rebate mailed back to you. After months of no rebates and hundreds of dollars of receipts sent in I started to get worried if I would ever see the rebates. I have tried to talk to customer service, they refer you to the call center who says that the rebate company is a seperate entity. We also made an account with ********************** and the address only has other people listed for outstanding rebates. We currently have emails out to the rebate company (rebate international) with no response. I do not have documentation of receipts sent in, but I am hesitant to send any more in fear that they will also be lost.
