Purchase a stove for propane use the stove was delivered knew I had to install but did not know burners had to be converted.spoke to Mgr said converters were free but had to ask for them spoke to corporate , regional Mgr, end result was told by regional gr that he would look into it received a call a few days later for pickup of stove no replacement was given on that date called the store after attempts of reaching the regional Mgr and was told I was to get refunded dud not receive a refund no stove knew nothing what was going on until I called. have gone without a stove for over a month. Would like satisfaction I told them I would be satisfied with a ready to use stove converted for all the inconvenience I have gone through store mgr just laughed and said I could reorder and have it delivered on the following Wed. The regional Mgr never got back to me will be calling corporate again to explain this outcome decision. I had to call and find this out by the store mgr. Which said that the regional Mgr told him to call me about the pick up but no replacement. At the beginning I mentioned a refund but they refused so I never thought I would get one so I insisted one a new stove, converted ready to use and that's what I thought might happen, why did they make me go so long without a stove, plus nearly killed myself when I used the stove the first day I installed it for 8hrs straight no realizing that it was letting out carbon dioxide. U had nausea and headaches drowsiness for three days this I told them, I was ignorant to this fact until my friend told me and never used the stove again. These people are inconsiderate and could have easily remedied it . Can you do something about please. Now I have no money to buy a stove and have no stove.
