    Today my family we were discriminated against based upon race. I took my children and mom to the ** on ************* in ****** ********. ***** was spent ***********creams for my little one and myself. When my mom placed her order, she was asked did she want your dessert now or after her burger my mom said she'll take her sundae with her food, and everything worked out for her. When the cashier took my order, she asked if I would like my Oreo blizzard and strawberry sundae w/sprinkles now or after we eat, I replied I'll wait until we finish our food. However, when we finished eating my mom went to the counter to get the two ice-creams, they handed her one ice-cream not both. My mom attempts to plead with them that there should be two ice-creams, they ignored her as if she wasnt there. After her attempt I went to the counter and explained to them I never received the ice-cream. The man that was the manager reported that the cashier gave the product to me. I firmly asked if they gave it to me who were they. The Manager begin to threaten me that he would watch the video to see if I was lying or not. I encouraged him to. When I paid for the ice-creams and the cashier gave the instructions for the ice-creams to be put in the freezer. How could one get passed out to someone and the other still in the freezer when they were paid for at the same time. I am really disgusted with how we were treated. They were rude especially the manager and some Mexican man/woman on that shift. Black people like to take their families out and enjoy ice-cream too. It shouldnt matter what location or demographics it is. They need a mature and competent manager there at all times to properly mediate the problems that *** arise. After, fifteen to twenty minutes of debating over my ice-cream he finally gave me a refund saying things like Im giving you the money back this time as if he was doing me a favor. Total Disrespect!! I pray the cameras are watched to see I never got my Oreo Blizzard. Thanks
