    I understand that delivery of your Van took longer than usual, but we were working with multiple carriers to get the van to you as quick as possible.  The location of delivery was not a very high traffic area, but am glad you did receive it in our stated time frame of 1-3 weeks from payment.  Enjoy the van as it was a very special one and has a significant upside for you.  Thank you for your business!

    Purchased a truck on Jan 10/23. Was told it ran and drove fine. Asked about the drivability issues stated on the website and was told the tires get low and need to be resealed. Paid $6000 after driving 2 hours to get it. 20 miles into the drive the check engine light came on. Was quoted $7970 to fix the problem. Shop said codes had recently been cleared and that theres no way a dealer wouldnt have known of this problem. Contacted dealer and was told theres nothing they would do.

    I purchased a **** **** Thunderbird from ** Auto Gallery on March 30,2022. It was delivered to me on April 03,2022. The vehicle was marketed and the sales person assured it was an excellent driving automobile in sound mechanical condition. When I got into the vehicle I noticed that none of the doors or the windows handles functioned properly.The drivers door would not close . Ingress and egress from the vehicle had to be accomplished by reaching outside to the exterior door button and opening with difficulty from this position. I drove the car to my local garage for evaluation and noted that the steering wheel had from 6" to 8" of play in either direction. The brake lights were not working. My local advisers inspected the vehicle and determined that it was unsafe to operate because the steering was in critical condition. The fuel pump had been jury rigged such that it was at least a fire hazard .To exit the vehicle was unsafe considering the malfunctioning door and window handles or lack thereof.There was no spare tire in the trunk . The radio did not work nor was the antennae connected to the system because its wiring lay in the trunk uninstalled. Interior door panels were lacking screws and mounted in a slip shod manner. The rear bumper was a replacement front bumper adapted to the rear in a forceful manner as its ill fit became readily apparent upon careful examination.I reported all of these conditions to the ** AutoGallery partner. Discovery of these deficiencies exceeded this dealers "Buy Back" program. I returned the vehicle to ** AutoGallery on consignment on May 4, 2022. I paid ** Auto Gallery, doing business under another name( ************************), $26,140 dollars for this **** **** Thunderbird. ** AutoGallery listed it for sale at that price. We agreed to lower the price to $23,900 in order to facilitate sale. It did not sell.They returned the car to me.Transport costs total $3475. Steering box must be replaced.Doors to be fixed.
