Installers came in without wearing booties, and immediately started trying to pull down our stacked washer and dryer without shutting off or disconnecting the gas, water or electric line. Despite my wife trying to advise them to unstack the units for removal, and to ***** the lines behind the units, they refused and insisted on pulling both out at once - still stacked. They began trying to ***** it through our narrow doorway, scratching and damaging the door frame. My wife frantically called for me to come, which I had to drop from my work to attend to the situation, while she watched our child. At this point the units were stuck and wedged in my door way. They opened my washer tub door for leverage to pull it out, and since my pump had failed, the drum was filled with water, which proceeded to pour all over my floor and damage it further. Upon seeing this the crew told me they werent able to remove the units and I needed to drain the water and bring the units to the curb to haul away on my own. While I was mopping up the mess, they then said they would drop off the new unit and had to go to their next delivery and left us with no advice or devices to resolve the situation. I was left with a leaning stack wedged in my doorway, still connected to running gas and water lines and water all over my floor in the middle of our kitchen and dining space. First, I mopped up to flooded kitchen, then detected a the smell of gas from my kinked gas line which I quickly shut off. I then proceeded to unstack the units and disconnect all the lines. I had to risk myself and my wifes safety trying to remove the heavy stacked units without any tools but a chair to try to balance it on, which was scratched, as well as my floor.Fortunately we were able to remove the units quickly and without injury, but it was rather precarious. I am tremendously disappointed in the service I received and feel it put myself and my family in an unnecessary and dangerous situation,
