Everyone we worked with at the Newton Group was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. The completion of the sale was long and drug out but not because of the Newton Group. The delay was due to backlog at Wyndham processing the paperwork in their office. We have another Timeshare that we will look to selling in a year. Will definitely reach out to the Newton Group to sell this one also.

Newton Group did exactly what they said would; except it took longer than originally stated. All in all - I am very pleased with this exit company and would highly recommend anyone to use this group when you are considering exiting their time share. There was very little work on my part except all the forms that needed to be filled in the beginning but once that was finished there was no additional things to do except patiently wait the closure of the contract. Thanks Holly for answering my questions whenever I called for updates. Really appreciate your help.

This process took one year to complete which in our opinion is atrocious for the money it cost us to exit. We feel that the exit companies and the timeshare companies along with their "title" companies are in this together for the money. It should NEVER take one year for a legal group to complete the transaction. In my years of purchasing property, It has never taken a title company over 8 months to close which makes me suspicious. We are however, HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY to be rid of ****** forever!!! Now, that's a cost savings! In short, we would never recommend ever buying a timeshare or having to deal with a rude exit company!

My wife and I needed help getting out of our timeshare. We had contemplated this for some time after calculating the acceleration in our annual maintenance fees. We saw the Newton Group ad on social media and proceeded to research reviews of their work. After reading a number of positivie reviews and because their orgqnization was recommended by the Better Business Bureau, we decided to sign up for an online seminar. We were pleased with the comprehensive presentation of the process that was offered in a way were were able to understand. Shortly after, we were contacted by a representative, who continued to explain the nuts and bolts of how we might be able to be relieved of the burden of our timeshare contract. There was no hard sale approach, and we were able to reach him easily for future questions. He quoted a cost of just under $5,000 to start the proceedings. We completed the necesary paperwork and waiting on the process. Several months later, we were given a choice of proceeding with lawyers (which could have taken 2-5 years) or an expedited process (which might take 3-6 months). There was an additional charge of $699 for the expedited process, which we chose. The entire process took almost a year, but we are now happily free of the timeshare and were pleased with the thorough work done by the reachable associates at the Newton Group. It is not easy to exit a timeshare, but If you need to need to take such an action, I would recommend the Newton Group as an agency who will reliably navigate you thorugh the process and complete it for you.

The Newton Group (NG) charged me ~$4000 and provided me the name of another company, *******************, and for another fee, ~$1800, would be able to get me out of my timeshare. With that info, I contacted NG legal department (DC Law as I recall) only to find out the managers of my timeshare conduct foreclosure process once every 5 years and that they had just done their 5-year foreclosures. With that fact I was told by this particular lawyer that ** would get me out of my timeshare but I would get the continual non-stop harassments and threats to turn me over to collection agencies until the next foreclosure process commenced. Yes, they did tell me that I would just refer all threats to DC Law but I would receive continual letters and phone calls for 5 years until Newton Group completed their process. To avoid the continual harassment, my wife and I chose ******************* who did in fact come through for us and we are out. It should be noted that using ******************* did not require a referral from NG. When I called Newton Group asking since they actually did nothing for us, would they be refunding some, if not all of our money. They said no. Bottom line, Newton Group only provided us another option so basically they did nothing for the money we paid them. Based on that fact, I will not recommend using Newton Group. Contact ******************* as they got the job done and did not rip us off like Newton Group.

The Newton Group did a great job of getting ** out of our timeshares. We did have to be patient but the end result was perfect. *************************** provided great service to us during the entire process. We would recommend the Newton Group to work with you to get bout of your timeshare.

 The Newton Group was responsive and I appreciate fast response times when I want to ask a question and the feedback is expedient. Shout out to Holly, excellent customer service. Ultimately, to get out of a time share I would choose this group. Deliver results.

Newton did what they said they would do - get me out if the timeshare. My only suggestion would be more timely updates.

The Newton Group was professional and responsive. Kept in touch with updates, managed small difficulties that came up, and successfully got us out of our timeshare.
