    On 4/18/24, **** with Matts ********************** Mechanic came to fix front end parts on my 2008 Chrysler Aspen. At the time, he replaced the rack and pinion, as well as inner/outer tie rods. Everything at first appeared to be okay. Fast forward a week and the rack and pinion/steering is still leaking. **** is called to come back and do warranty work on the rack and pinion to stop the leak. **** came back on 4/27/24 to do the warranty work. At the same time, i asked him to replace the sway bar links and the sway bar bushings since the vehicle was already going to be jacked back up for warranty work. He said no problem and installed said parts for me while fixing the prior leak. Upon completion, **** came up to the house and told us everything was all set and good to go. We paid him for his time, and he provided no receipt/invoice for the work that was done (have security footage showings we paid him but never received an invoice from him). I was under the impression everything was fine with the vehicle moving forward. Well, that wasnt the case. ****, never once tightened a single lug nut on the drivers wheel. We went to leave only a few hours later after **** had completed his work, and the entire wheel fell off the vehicle causing extensive damages throughout. Front end/suspension parts are damaged, fenders, head light, drivers door, etc etc are all damaged due to his negligence and not tightening the lug nuts down. Since this has happened, **** was made aware of the issues and said he would fix them himself. Since we no longer trust his work, we told him that he directly would not be working on the vehicle and his insurance would have to cover it at a body shop. **** has since went *** and will no longer return phone calls or text messages, and he will not provide his insurance to us either. We will have to more than likely cover expenses out of pocket now, and I will be taking Matt/Matts ********************** Mechanic to court for any and all damages he caused.
