HORRIBLE COMPANY - wish i could leave "no star" bc that is what they deserve My ob/*** asked that I pay a "bit" out of pocket for the usual $50 lab work.She did four tests over seven months.The claims were not filed until 6 months after the first test.Imagine my shock when I got four bills for $1,300 ($5,200 total) when those four tests could have cost $200 total had I used the usual in network lab service.Months and months of calls to NxGen with them telling me that they would give me a "deal" of $300 for one of them if I paid them that day.More months of calls with my ob/*** telling me that they "told" me that the tests would be more expensive and more back and forth calls with NxGen.Finally they agreed to $149 each for the test with no credit for the $300 already paid.Leaving my ob/gyn for unethical treatment.THE $300 OR $149 CHARGE SHOULD HAVE BEEN DISCLOSED UPFRONT before subjecting me to these tests that she preferred over the typical inexpensive one in network provider.COMPLETE DISGUST WITH NEXGen and what they charge for these tests.Sign me up for a class action . . .
