      I have been shopping at this dealership since 2013 and the service has never been this bad before! My vehicle was damaged while in their care they acknowledged it and assumed responsibility but nothing has been done and I have not been communicated with to let me know when it will be resolved. If I go in with a complaint its rarely resolved and Im charged over and over for the same issue that I previously complained about. I really just want to be treated as a human being and not like less than a person. I was threatened yesterday by someone at the dealership because someone that works at their Facility didnt get my complete payment but when they reached out I immediately paid it even though it wasnt my fault.

      We have attempted to contact this customer multiple times without success.  We are unable to resolve without understanding more from the customer.  If the customer follows up we will respond here with additional follow-up.

      The WORSE ****************** Ive seen in my 45 years of buying cars! certainty sub-par by Cadillac standards. Better Service at the ***** dealership. Service advisors that don't return calls for starts. In fact when you call, no one answers, no operator so I wasnt even able to talk to a cashier to find out how much my bill was. maybe because I was overcharged for diagnosis fees and it was missed diagnosed, after paying $600. I found that the problem was not resolved. I Return the car and after a day was handed a bill for a second diagnoses fee. I complained, and it was dropped. Got in the Car and not only was the problem not resolved, but the info system was now Blank. I was told By the Service advisor that the best that they could do was to put in a new $1600.00 System ( They lost , misplaced, or failed to enter the extended warranty info I gave them). I took the car over to the ***** Dealer who takes care of my truck. 7 hours later the problems were resolved, After a small ** pay the car is fine. (No new info system ) If my car breaks down in front of this dealer, ** paying whatever out of pocket necessary to tow it to another dealer. **** ************ period I ended up paying $600 for a battery I didnt need
