      I placed a delivery order on Meijer.com on September 6th, 2023 @ 12:16 am and the keypad timed out and it told me to re-enter my *** pin, which I did- hence the 2nd charge at 12:27 am) and upon checking out, I was double charged ($82.83 twice equalling $165.66) on the *** card. I quickly cancelled the order and was only refunded $82.83. I called Meijer customer service later that morning and informed them of the overcharge. They opened a refund case CS0549645 to refund me but they did a trash job and processed it as a credit card instead of *** card. I received no order (because it was cancelled) and only 1 refund. So they're keeping $82.83 w/o having fulfilled the order and they're stalling on refunding the additional $82.83 to my *** card . They've been stalling on the refund since September 6th, 2023 and as of today they still haven't refunded me the overcharge. I'm greatly disappointed because now I'm without almost half of my *** benefits because their system has stolen *********** keep stalling on refunding them so now I have to figure a way to buy my disabled Mother's food for the rest of the month. I'm also disabled to make it all worse and I will never shop with them again, EVER. Please help.. My Case # with Meijer customer service is *********.. I got nothing only for them to keep $82.83 of my *** benefits. A garbage company with theiving practices.

      On 9/14/23 (today) I went to Meijer's pharmacy to pick up my filled prescription for a generic form of Vyvanse 30mg at 9:05 AM. I was informed at pickup that I was receiving name brand and it would cost $275.91 with insurance. When I asked the woman assisting me, *****, why I was not receiving the generic that had been requested, which costs $35 on my insurance, she and the head pharmacist informed me that the generic did not exist at this dosage and the name brand was my only option. So I paid for the name brand because I was informed that I had no other choice. A quick ****** search on arriving back at my office revealed the existence of multiple generic forms in my dosage, available at numerous pharmacies in the area. I called the pharmacy back to try and seek resolution for what I assumed was a mixup or innocent miscommunication and was told there was nothing they could do for me and they did not care that 2 separate staff members informed me that I would have to pay this amount for this exact medication if I wanted it at all. If I had actually been informed of the truth when I was initially called and informed that my generic prescription had been filled- that they just don't carry any generics of Vyvanse at this pharmacy- I could have simply filled it elsewhere and been charged the appropriate price for the medication I was actually prescribed. As it is, the only explanation I can see is that they simply wanted my money and did not care about ethical practices and full and complete disclosure of information regarding medications.       Due to privacy rights, the pharmacy area was informed about this concern on 9/27/23. All pharmacy concerns are investigated and then someone will reach out to the customer for more follow ** in order to resolve the issue.

      I purchased an ATT phone along with a phone card. I wanted to retutn them the very next day as the phone was missing the sim card. They refused to do this even though the policy states that I could return it if the box was unopened. I am not paying nearly $200 on a phone and a phone card that cannot be used and I would like a full refund on both.

      On 8/26/23 I picked up two Oceans Halo No Beef broth from the shelf at the Meijer store in ******** *******. As I was scanning my items I noticed that on of the broths expired in April 2023. I took it to the **************** area to see if I there were more in stock. She said that there were only 8 more on hand so they probably had none. I asked if I could get a rain check or something so since the one that I wanted expired several months ago. She said no because it wasnt in the ad. It shouldnt matter whether it was in the ad. Meijer shouldnt have expired products on the floor for consumers to purchase

      I placed an order at meijer.com I ordered vanilla pediasure and they delivered chocolate I ordered 56 Gerber and they only delivered 28 I ordered goodnites and the box was opened these are closed with silicone and closed with transparent tape Surely someone bought it and returned it it's underwear They shouldn't do that as children. I also ordered pedialyte and they're supposed to be powdered and they're hard. What bothers me is that they don't understand that if people order online it's because we can't go to the store and they make their mistakes and want to send us to fix them at the store THEY ONLY WANT TO REIMBURSE ME 14 GERBER THEY ARE STEALING WHAT OF 14 AND THE ***** EMPLOYEE WHO DELIVERED IS NOT EVEN THE ONE IN THE ***** train your employees well and check that they collect and deliver everything MEIJER SENT ME TO ***** AND ***** SENT ME TO MEIJER

      On 08/12/2023 I purchased a HP black cartridge from Meijer. On 08/17/23 item would not install customer service closing. Return on 08/18/23 customer service state nonrefundable item. sign posted. Contact HP.HP refuse to accept item. referred me back to Meijer.Help!

      On August 9, 2023, I picked up a grocery order (Order # *********) from Meijer in ***************. In the order was a rotten watermelon. I called their ***** line and complained and was told my account would be credited an $8.00 courtesy coupon. This didn't happen. Also, coupons on their website promise discounts (one for $4.50 off any $13.00 purchase of any brand cheese). I clip the coupons and they show as saved in m y account, but when I put the specified items in the cart and go to check out, no discount is taken. I skipped shopping at Meijer this week because I'm getting tired of being given rotten produce in pickup orders, being promised refunds that don't materialize, and not having coupons honored.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I would like to add, though, that it's not about the money, though that's appreciated. I hope Meijer will pay attention to the quality of produce they use in fulfilling pickup orders. Third time this summer I had to complain about spoiled food, and the reason for going through the BBB this time was that the complaints were getting sidelined on an issue that's a deciding factor in continuing to shop there.
