  Currently looking for alternatives to ADHDonline. The ** writes RX for incorrect medication and dosages. I have to go back & forth with customer service to get the correct medication. I have been waiting for a medication refill for 10 days now. Dont waste your time, money, or energy. Theyre in it to make money, not to help anyone. ******* runs a better company at this point.

  I paid the $150. Actually $165 and they wont take my credit card information off their site. They wont return emails or phone calls. Do not do it. Its a scam!

  Absolute scam. Terrible customer service, they have admitted to having difficulty sending prescriptions to pharmacies and never return calls. You dont need a therapist or mental health doctor for ADHD medication, just a normal physician. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!

  I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was younger and know that this has been a problem for me in my life. However, when I tried to get my diagnoses through this website, I was told I didn't have it and the doctor was unwilling to change their diagnoses due to symptoms of anxiety and depression. I am not anxious or depressed enough to be diagnosed as those. I know that it is a symptom of my ADHD, however when I tried to communicate that to the doctor, the refused to listen. This website is a scam. It is impossible to get a hold of any doctor without paying to meet with them, and for $150 dollars, you would think that you get more than a basic assessment. I've tried contacting the general support, however I get no answers. I want a refund so I can actually go and treat my ADHD with another service that has already confirmed they will help me.

  You pay upfront for an appt that they move and move and move. Unacceptable.I made an appt. I don't wait MONTHS to be seen while you hold on to my money.

  I've only been on this for a few months now but have dealt with a number of ADHD and psychiatry online services in the past, and honestly this one seems a lot better in many ways.If you read all the 1 star reviews they are primarily from people paying the assessment fee, and then not getting prescribed anything. Which is honestly a good thing. Other online services have literally zero discretion on prescribing this stuff. Literal pill *****. They just try to pair any paying person to any doctor that will do whatever to write a prescription.I think the caveat of this service is, if you have too much wrong with you, or a complicated situation with many other issues, they will probably not accept you. Are you depressed, with anxiety, hypertension etc. Have you not been diagnosed before? A child? Probably will turn you down or point you elsewhere. They are primarily looking for low risk, easy to manage, adult patients that just need to maintenance ADHD medications. Which is really a good thing for this industry. Stable patients that just need a renewal and basic health check don't need to be taking up time in a real physical office, nor taking time away from their daily work.They make you have an appointment every 3 months, then prescribe in 3 month blocks, and actually ask for health stats like blood pressure! Ya, a real checkup. Which is far better than others where you talk to a doctor for 10 mins on zoom and then just get a prescription for years by clicking a button on a website once a month.

  Dont come here. Big scam with the false 145 just to have a doc read your answers and 200 for a no show doctor. Probably going to be h*** getting my refund back. Colossal waste of money and my time.

  Horrible customer service. I can never get a refill in a timely manner. Every time I meet with my provider, I ask her if she can send in all three refills at the same time and she says yes, yet that never happens. I am forced to interact with customer service and it takes days if not weeks to get a refill. Im done. Going to my primary care physician, where I shouldve gone in the first place. Also, the initial assessment is $149. Then, your first meeting with the provider is $199. Then, you have to schedule an appointment every three months in order to get three more refills, which is $99 each time. Plus the brand name meds because theyre not generic yet. $$$$$$$$$

  I wanted to see if my son had ADHD since it is a six month wait for a diagnosis where I live. It was clear they do not read your answers and give a canned response. I was told he had a learning disorder and could not live up to his potential at school due to a disability. If they would have read my answers they would have seen he was designated as gifted and was two years ahead in school. He gets A's but has a learning disorder? What exactly? They will tell you for $200 more.
