    I have been a client of ADHD Online since 20201 and have been very happy with the service received until now. I sent a message 10 days ago through the patient portal requesting a refill for my medication even though the doctor said she had already called in the three month supply. I never received a response. I sent another message three days ago and no response. I have called three times, no answer, left message, no response. I submitted a post on their facebook page and did get a response stating, "We know this is is frustrating and will escalate my response." That's great but so far no response. I've been very happy with the service of ADHD Online until now. Please take care of this issue. Hire more staff. Do whatever as this type of service is unacceptable.

    I'm going to go ahead and put my review in as well, to see if it can possibly help someone. My consult with the doctor was rescheduled at the last minute because she double booked the time slot. When I did meet with a doctor, she was was 20 minutes late and when she finally joined the zoom, did not even apologize for the tardiness. My prescribed medication has yet to have been sent to the pharmacy, and just as everyone here has mentioned, THERE IS NO ONE TO CALL DIRECTLY. They are literally not even taking phone calls at the moment. SMH. Stay clear people

    I agree with what everyone else has said...They are irresponsible... I have been trying to refill my meds for weeks... 7 phone calls and multiple emails without resolve. I'm out of my meds and can't get anyone to call me back.

    $350 dollars in and doctor no show, cannot get treatment! Site is a scam, takes days to get a response and even then just a waste. RIPPED OFF AND PISSED

    $149 to get a diagnosis for ADHD! I was led to believe that I could get my medication from them. I've already been diagnosed and have been on medication for years.

    Complete Scam! They said that because I didn't have any symptoms of hyperactivity that I couldn't be diagnosed with ADHD. Even though you don't have to have the hyperactivity to be diagnosed with ADD!Going to try and get my money back but I'm not holding out hope.Avoid at your own personal cost

    This company is a SCAM. Trying to cancel an appointment by calling but they pick up their phone . They reply back to your email .

    This is a fraudulent company that takes over a month to reply to support emails and does not answer the phone. They are also a money grab company that steals your money without providing a service. They need to be shut down, just read other reviews too!

    The psychiatrist assigned to my assessment is not only from a different state, but had the audacity to diagnose me with mood disorder, and anxiety disorder, but refuse to diagnose me with adhd despite in their words "matching every symptom of adhd" but because I smoke weed before bed, I am not eligible for that diagnosis. This Dr is biased, and out of touch with today's mental health. A complete waste of $149

    SCAM and there should be a class action lawsuit against them. They treat there existing patients like they don't exist. Beware. You're better off going to a real doctor in person.
