  Hello, I have been with ADHD Online for over two years now and I can positively tell you it is not a scam at all. This is a business that effectively offers individuals suffering with this awful disorder who may not have the transportation to see a doctor every month in person. I am not able to see a doctor every month so this is great for me! The cost is fantastic as well. Once you are established you pay one fee for 90 days. You just request your refill for the two non payment months and then you pay again the 3rd month. I have been paying just 99 dollars a month for over two years where I was paying 300 dollars per month with the in town doctor. This is so much cheaper. The only critical comment I would make is in the slow response time for a free refill BUT I just discovered today what that is all about. I can not blame the customer service of ADHD because they do their job beautifully and quickly. The hick up is with the provider ( Doctor) who may have another job and is extremely busy. You have to be patient and be sure to allow a week for a refill on the non payment months. I understand now and if you think about it there really is no reason to complain. Nothing is PERFECT. This works for me and I am sort of a difficult person. I do not understand all of the over the top nasty scam reviews. This is not what I have experienced. I had a recent issue with a delayed refill due to a provider being out of town and ****** and ******** fixed it pronto. They are incredible and I appreciate them. Please give them a try. They are good. The initial meeting was legit and went smoothly. I really do have ADHD. I have had this horrible disorder since childhood and it has gotten so much worse as an adult. I really need the medicine to function and have had numerous professional tests and screenings. Some of these bad reviews were from people who may or may not have ADHD and they may have been upset if the Doctor realized that and said no to them. This is a legit organization

  I had a 15 minute conversation with a guy named ************. He told me that based on my responses to his questions, I probably have ADHD. He told me he wanted to prescribe ********* and asked for my pharmacy name. I gave it to him, and he said his team would be in touch to set up a follow-up appointment. 3 days later, no prescription, no response, no follow-up. Scam. Do not use this company. I regret that I provided sensitive health history and information.

  This company stole $179 from me.. would not issue a refund for something I did not request. Replies are rude and uncaring. I will try to dispute the charge through my credit card company.

  I wouldn’t even give a single star for this company if I didn’t have to. I paid $179 to take the assessment with ADHD online because my clinician who I have seen for years wanted the diagnosis on paper. I had been on medication for a few months after taking this assessment. My clinician and therapist concluded that ADD was the correct diagnosis but wanted formal testing. The clinician who never called, saw my face, etc misdiagnosed me with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and Depression. These diagnosis was previously presented when I was younger which my psychiatrist and therapist believe is a misdiagnosis and I was left untreated for ADD for 21 years because of misdiagnosis. When discussing putting in an addendum, the provider had biased judgement and was not pleased that I questioned her diagnosis. I offered to have my local clinicians who as I stated I have seen for years to provide written documentation to support the ADD diagnosis. The provider did not listen and the customer service agents lacked empathy and were not willing to listen. When posting my honest review on their Facebook site, they concluded to make it so I was not able to post and also blocked my number from being able to call. I did call from a separate phone number and was able to get through. The gross negligence that occurred is pretty outstanding. The site also refused to give a refund for poor services. I do not recommend using them and have informed them I will be reporting their agency as well as their clinician to the appropriate boards. This process has taken money out of my pocket and hindered me from getting assistance through my school.

  If I were you I would avoid this company My doctor and nurse practitioner or pretty good The time was limited but the real problem with this is the absolute lack of support in coordination between the medical providers and customer service. Actually saying customer service is an exaggeration cuz there really is no customer service but a ticket and it gets lost somewhere and they're in box You call there's no one there automated machine with no ability to talk to anyone I've tried social media direct messaging and everything else I could think of I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone now for a few weeks It's like reasonable if it's a day or two maybe up to a week late But no response after weeks is not acceptable.

  Doc was great but have never received script. Keep getting the run around about what pharmacy the script was sent to. Oh, we didn't send it to your pharmacy, we sent it there. Go "there" we don't have a script. Contact customer support AGAIN, oh we sent it to a pharmacy that has a "like" name. We will be sure to send it "there". Still not "there". It is so sad. You think you found help, but all you found is someone to take advantage of desperation for help.

  If you're seeking to amplify your stress and negatively impact your mental health, this establishment is the perfect choice. I paid $180 for an ADHD assessment, which turned out to be a regrettable investment. I spent considerable time completing a generic questionnaire, ensuring thoroughness as I openly discussed the challenges and significant impact ADHD has had on my daily life. Towards the end of the assessment, there were questions related to anxiety and depression. I made it clear that I have been medicated for these conditions and emphasized that my ADHD symptoms persist despite taking antidepressants and anxiety medication. However, it appears that the providers completely overlooked this crucial information. Instead, they provided a diagnosis stating that ADHD cannot be confirmed due to the need to rule out the possibility that my symptoms may be attributed to another mental disorder, considering my history with depression and anxiety. I am genuinely surprised by the lack of competence displayed in reviewing my assessment, especially after numerous repetitive email exchanges. Furthermore, they refuse to provide a refund, despite their own terms and conditions, which state that doctors are obligated to consider the information provided as accurate and true.

   have been trying to get medication for over two weeks, I am ping ponged between the Doctor and customer service. The Dr Keely V is rude and has no empathy for patients or they mental well being. It's impossible to get a prescription for the medication prescribed, and it has creates more anxiety and increased symptoms due to the frustration and anger it creates. I feel my mental health is now worse going to ADHD online. Stay away from their false promises and terrible patient support. I feel this company needs to be investigated for it's failure to provide care to it's patients.

  I would give it a ZERO if it were possible. They charged $179 for an assessment that didn't include the appointment with the doctor. That would be $199 MORE. PLUS $169 for on-going medication management. None of this was clear when I paid the $179 for my ADHD assessment. In speaking with customer services, it took days, there isn't a phone number, and it was auto generated responses that they wouldn't refund my $179. HORRIBLE > STAY AWAY

  Awesome provider and very informative site, especially for the newly diagnosed, but the customer service SUCKS!!!! Trying to get questions answered on non-paying days is awful.
