April 2022 I saw some negative reviews but decided to have **** at Eastown do the estate sale as I felt he was qualified and knowledgeable in this arena. **** and his team did an excellent job for us selling the household and garage and barn stuff as contracted. He had good sense on pricing and driving the sales. The team sorted, merchandised and priced every item in the house. The two day sale was great and the third day he offered a service to clear out the remaining unsold items if we chose for a price. This was so helpful and with an empty house we could then clean and prep to sell the home. The crew came in and loaded up the remaining items in a truck. It was a lot of work for them to haul stuff out of the house, basement and outbuilding. We were paid as contracted. Did not have to chase them for payment. The check came in mail as contracted. Also **** and his team were personable and took great care of the house during the estate sale. Very thankful it all went well and I would use this company for any future estate sale needs with confidence.
