    I placed my first order on 12/12 for a dress/cape set. The item looked nothing like the stock photo in addition to being horrendous quality. The seams weren't adhered together, the neck line had holes and all around it just felt and looked cheap.I emailed customer service within minutes of the delivery with my disappointment and 2 weeks later, zero response. I failed to see others poor reviews of this company both here on the BBB in addition to their Etsy page, otherwise would it would have given me pause ordering from them.

    I was foolish enough to buy dress for my daughter for $60 thinking I am buying from *** small business. Ended up finding the same dresses selling on various websites for $9-$12. This lady is just a re-seller. She doesnt design her dresses, she doesnt have a factory in ******* or ******** or whatever she claimes. She just re-sell dresses from *****
