    On Saturday November 4th, I called CSI to repair my computer, if possible. I spoke to *** and he said that for $120 they would reload my computer with Windows and back up and save my files if the hard drive was alive. I was told my hard drive was okay and that my files were successfully backed up and saved and that Windows was loaded. Three days later, they returned my computer with none of my personal files saved and only a limited trial version of Windows that anyone can download for free. ***** who did the work, keeps changing his story about what happened to my files and calls a tiny folder with nothing important in it, the back up I paid for. He did not back up my whole hard drive as promised. There was never a work order or receipt, he took cash for the payment. But he keeps saying I "agreed" and "signed off" to the work he did. I never signed or was shown anything. I said I would not have agreed to paid for this and feel ripped off and he is doing nothing to make it right. I paid $120 for them to reformat my computer and download a free trial of Windows when I was promised the real Windows being loaded and my files saved and backed up. I asked for the Windows key and he said I had to buy it separately. I have been nothing but mislead and lied to dealing with these people. They are being very fraudulent and playing technicalities with how they word things. Today November 9th I tried to call *** the owner to make it right and now he is not picking up my calls, when he always picked them up before. He will not stand behind the work his employee did. I would like a full refund for the fraudulent non service I paid for.
