    Very knowledgeable and friendly, whether the office/sales staff, ***** or the installers. We had a hiccup with carpet being shipped in with a minor streak in color, which the installers noticed when they came to install it. We hadn't noticed it, even when they pointed it out. They told us right away, had new carpet ordered expedited, and were right back to install it. They didn't want us settling for second best of anything, whether we noticed or not. TOP NOTCH service and we have been back to them several times for product/service. They have also work with volunteer community organizations to help where needed as well, as they are a very heart-centered business, and we are so grateful for them.
