About This Business

According to information received from consumers, this firm has sent out a mass mailing, informing recipients that they are to receive a monetary award. The mailing includes a letter and what appears to be a cashier's check, allegedly issued by "National City" in Frankenmuth, Michigan. The check is in the amount of $29,920.00. The BBB has contacted the National City bank branch in Frankenmuth, and was informed that it did NOT issue these checks. Some consumers have informed the BBB that they attempted to cash the check, but were informed by their financial institutions that the check could not be cashed. Other consumers have informed the BBB that they spoke with a company representative, and was informed that they would have to pay "taxes" on the winnings, and that the tax payment would go to Zenith Financial Corporation.
